Description

GenePORTER-H Transfection reagent is the new hydrated format of GenePORTER Transfection Reagent. It consists of the proprietary GenePORTER cationic lipid together with the neutral lipid dioleoyl phosphatidylethanolamine (DOPE) resuspended in a special hydration buffer. It provides effective DNA complexing, cytoplasmic translocation, and subsequent nuclear release of plasmid DNA and DNA oligonucleotides.
